What Quorum Civic is not

Disclaimer

The app surfaces correlative observations from public records. Co-occurrence of events does not imply causation, coordination, or wrongdoing. When the app describes a "signal" or a "pattern," it is describing a statistical relationship in publicly available data — not asserting that anyone has acted improperly.

Past patterns do not predict future outcomes. Any historical accuracy figures shown in the app describe what happened in a specific period and should not be taken as a forecast.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information you see in the app. Before making any financial decision, consult a qualified financial professional who knows your specific situation.
